Jon has spent his entire career in the Small-Medium Business (SMB) space. His career path started in the Merchant Services Industry selling payment processing services. After moving into a sales management role for several years, Jon successfully founded an Independent Sales Office (ISO) in the same industry and eventually sold his portfolio.
Looking for a new challenge, Jon accepted a position as a Director of Sales from an outsourcing company servicing the Retail Energy space.
After 3 years, he was bitten by the entrepreneur bug again. Jon started a Commercial Energy brokerage firm servicing the same SMB clients that he always had before.
Ray is an experienced sales operations leader who cut his teeth in sales and management at the world's largest telecommunications company through retail and business to business transactions.
Equipped with Harvard Professional Management Training and more sales accolades than one could carry in an old copy paper box, Ray transitioned into the young Retail Energy industry and thrived on challenging the status quo and forging strong working relationships with those closest to him.
Through years of unprecedented success in retail energy, sales outsourcing, and commercial brokering, Jon and Ray got back to their roots in the retail energy business and partnered up to create RPG, a revolutionary outsourced sales organization that equally benefits the Sales Personnel, Customers, Clients, and RPG.
From flagship Retail Energy brands to operating their own respective Energy Brokerage firms, Ray and Jon are well equipped to serve clients and employees alike, and share their wealth of knowledge and experience to develop and propel those around them.
